We did a 7 mile run out on the rural roads near our property in the Buteo Wagonette with our pair of 10 hh shetland ponies. We were amazed at how smooth the ride was. The ponies seemed to enjoy the fact that they no longer had to carry the weight of the pole on their collars. The engineering on this little vehicle is amazing. Another feature that the shetlands like it the "Spares & and Horse cookie storage area" that is available under the front seat. I like to carry snacks for them on longer drives and they never think that my pocket holds quite enough. We are really enjoying our Buteo(ponies and humans alike). The next step will be to try it out with a pair of miniature horses. I have to break a new pair first so i will send more pics once the mission is accomplished. We would be glad to speak to anyone who is interested in this product and sharing our impression. We are certainly satisfied customers. Kathy Pauw

We had a successful weekend with this pair of minis. It with our solid gelding and his 2 year old daughter. All went well after the gal learned to pull; until then the gelding hunkered down and had to do the job alone. She did figure out how to pull and they became a team.. What fun!
